With COVID and curbside checkins, it would be great if when customers arrive, they could send a text to our main number letting us know they are here and we could have that forward to multiple ringcentral extensions/numbers and receive the text on multiple computers via the RingCentral Phone app.

  3. I can forward voicemails to my team members but only if I log into the web portal. It would be nice to have this feature available in the desktop app, too.

  5. On my iPhone, I am able to essentially add myself and all of my info as a contact and can text that to others. Please add this virtual business card feature to the RingCentral app so we can text folks all of our information. Thank you.

  6. We are trying to emulate a feature in our current Avaya PBX that allows multiple extensions to forward to the same IVR menu. For example dialing 12345 or 54321 would end up at a common IVR at 55500. We have custom hours and calling rules setup around 55500 and we would like those to be honored from any of the numbers that were called.It is proposed we setup the 55500 IVR as a separate Site, that allows the handling rules to be shared regardless of which original extension was dialed.   9. Current situationCurrently when in the separate external 'Meetings' and app we schedule a meeting for a future time that meeting shows under the 'Meetings' tab at the bottom of the screen.   10. There should be total control of what kind of notifications users receive when there are changes made to their account. In my environment there should not be an email sent out to everyone that is part of a call monitoring group any time there is a change made. There should not be any notification when a role is changed. That responsibility to inform the user should solely belong to us, the Administrators and Supervisors. It's caused a bit of a panic amongst our users when emails, unbeknownst to us are sent out to them regarding changes we've made.

  11. If I want to see is someone is green, I have to click Search, then type their name, then click on them to see if they are green or red. I'd like to see their status in the search results so I have an idea if they'll answer the phone without clicking on them first.

  12. I want to change the keyboard shortcuts. The shortcuts like answering the phone with alt + a I want to change it to f1. I do not have an option to change it.

  17. I want callers to hear a prompt one time and no more in my main IVR even if they don't press anything. It would seem that the default of 3 loops through the message is hard coded. The problem from some of our customers is that touch tones don't always work from certain telephone carriers to RingCentral IVR. Selecting a menu option doesn't work in that case or maybe they are driving and can't press an option while driving. The default of 3 loops is TOO long to wait for our main IVR to loop through each time for 3…

  18. Add to the call queue an announcement to tell callers what number they are in line and the estimated wait time. Something along the lines of "You are currently caller X in the queue and your estimated wait time is X minutes." Base this information off of current queue activity and average wait time before answer.

  19. Synchronize DND setting across App and Desk Phones so that if someone sets DND on their desk phones it shows up on all other users desk phones that they have DND on. At present it only shows up in the App if you set DND in the App, and dos not show on desk phones.
