  5. There are cases where people only want to leave a voicemail for a person, and not ring a person's phone first. (Ex. If you want to leave a voice message, but it's not urgent.)Please provide a way to set a direct dial number to allow people to reach the Ring Central voicemail system for a company.Without this feature Ring Central doesn't provide feature parity with other on-premises phone systems which all have this functionality.

Currently we can download an export of data for a user(s), but this is no more than an archive dump where JSON files are received and an employee with a modicum of IT knowledge must intervene to make the data readable. I would like a method to allow managerial staff to view the data without requiring IT knowledge. This can come into play if an employee is fired for untoward conduct either toward another employee or a client. This data should never leave the manager's office to be "decrypted".

  10. Our principal wants their assistant to be able to modify their call forwarding profiles and their availability states. A feature that allows a user to delegate permission to another user to change their availability state and forwarding profiles would be an excellent feature.

New Layout Dial Pad: (To “merge” conference the call, need to click on “Call list” then hover over call on hold and select the “merge” option)This is making it harder for our users to "Merge' calls. Can we get the functionality added back into the new app? Workaround: Switch the MVP App to the Old Layout but we don't know how long it will be around.

  12. There is no possibility to filter by department or other criteria beside Site when adding members to a qall queue. This is quite annoying as call queues most often are not the same as Site members. I think you and admins of many other companies will agree with me here. Best Regards

  14. It would be nice if we could bulk upload our legacy devices (not purchased through RingCentral, but supported by RingCentral) into the Admin Portal so we don't have to do it one at a time. I understand that only the DealsDesk are able to bulk upload devices to Customers Accounts when purchasing/renting phones, so the feature is available, it would be nice if it wasn't just for new/rented devices.

  16. The ability to set a different call recording announcement for internal and external calls.Reasoning here is that internal team members already know that calls are recorded and why. Having the same call recording announcement whenever an internal call is made or when a call is being transferred internally slows things down and becomes frustrating for team members.This is particularly an issue for Redmayne Bentleys traders where time is of the essence when making these calls.

  20. We have several employees who are enabling the DND setting as well as turning their desk/mobile sound off for incoming calls. The phone set up we had with our previous phone system allowed us to block access to these options for standard users but I'm unable to customize or restrict this type of access now.
