  1. The current default for IVRs is for the greeting to be played 3 times before transferring to a group or extension. It would be nice if you could change that to 1. I don't want listeners to have to listen to the message 3 times.

One (1) task is shared by multiple assignees (RC Users), several departments are contributing to fully accomplish 1 task.In the old classic app, RC Users can share/move tasks to other RC Users' windows/glip. In the new app, we are unable to share/move the tasks.Additionally, in the new app, if we are adding assignees to a task, the new assignee/s will not be “tagged” in their own RC window; hence they will not have visibility to the task, consequently increasing the probability of not seeing and completing the said task/s.Who would benefit from it?Our Clients: Promises will be fully delivered by…

  3. Currently dial by name directory is for the entire orginazation only. It would be helpful to have dial by name directories that only list peolpe at a specific site. We have offies all over the globe. Callers in Europe don't need US employees listed in the dial by name directory.

  4. The application allows you to adjust the volume, however that setting controls the call volume and Ringer volume. This needs to be separated into two distinct settings; Ring Volume and Call Volume. Due to the issue of call waiting not being able to be turned off, this is very necessary.

  5. Currently, the supported maximum number of members for simultaneous ringing for call queue members is 50. Please consider increasing it to more than that.

  7. My company has nine sites within RingCentral that all use the same Holiday schedule for office closures.   8. When I get a call for one party and tried to add a call to the current call, the third party's call goes to voicemail. I am not able to release just the voicemail call. I would have to hit the hangup button which in turn releases both calls. My intension is to have 3 people on the line and when I am finish with one, I can release them and continue my conversation.

  9. Would love to see a feature when you place someone on hold and the custom hold music will be random and not restart the same file from the begining. We've had previous systems where the hold music would rotate once placed on hold so itll never be the same intro song.

  11. We need the Company Fax/SMS Recipient to include multiple people. The issue is when moving a call queue number to an IVR menu, the recipient of fax and text goes from the call queue member list down to a single user extension only in the site IVR settings. It is a limiting factor.

  13. Hi RingCentral,With the RC Admin portal we can see the status of the phones.But it seems that this only works for SIP devices (RC Phone and Sip phones), but not for the RC APP.Can you also the RC APP to this overview?

  16. Currently in RingCentral Office, you have no way to directly send calls to a dial by name directory without inserting an IVR in the middle. This is extremely frustrating when contact center is on the front end. The caller has the option in Contact Center to transfer to the dial by name directory. They select that option. Then the RCO IVR says to press an option number again to then finally be transferred to the dial by name directory. This is not a great experience for the caller.   17. I hope we will have an option to create an auto response in SMS so whenever someone sent SMS we can send them an auto response. It will be very beneficial for every company and will saves time.
