  1. Please add the ability to add all extensions to presence lists. Including call queues, message-only extensions, announcements, etc. Getting expansion modules should be able to retrieve all extensions, not just those for MVP users.

  2. One items we find often is complaints from customers that voicemails were not returned. Our old system was REALLY bad at handling these (Mitel/Shoretel on premise), you had to dig through engineering logs to try and pull out of a wav file was created and you could tell when the file was deleted, but not by which extension, etc, etc. Telling it was created (even with Brightmetrics as an add on product which was a great product) was difficult and time consuming. So it would be nice to add these features, and you could create a lock for the account…

  3. Export message data in a readable format like a conversation in the app
    I need it to readable as a conversation like it is in the app. The JSON file export you can not read.

  4. Ringcentral could have an option of filing a carrier ticket for issues with outbound CNAM showing incorrectly with specific phone carriers instead of advising the customer to call their respective carriers.

  6. We would like to the ability to use any number we own in our system as caller ID for any user, regardless of which site they are associated with. When Multi-Site settings are in use, only numbers associated with Company Site can be shared across the system for use as caller ID.

It seems you used to have this feature in the phone only app: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/RingCentral-Phone-Desktop-Reduce-Mute-Other-Sounds-Windows-During-Call.htmlThis needs to be added to the new 3 in 1 app as well. It's a pain to mute music or other sounds when a call comes in. Thanks.

  14. Our principal wants their assistant to be able to modify their call forwarding profiles and their availability states. A feature that allows a user to delegate permission to another user to change their availability state and forwarding profiles would be an excellent feature.

New Layout Dial Pad: (To “merge” conference the call, need to click on “Call list” then hover over call on hold and select the “merge” option)This is making it harder for our users to "Merge' calls. Can we get the functionality added back into the new app? Workaround: Switch the MVP App to the Old Layout but we don't know how long it will be around.

  16. There is no possibility to filter by department or other criteria beside Site when adding members to a qall queue. This is quite annoying as call queues most often are not the same as Site members. I think you and admins of many other companies will agree with me here. Best Regards

  18. Provide option for callers that are queued up (within MVP Call Queues) to exit the queue and be routed to the Call Queue's voicemail. Currently pressing 0 will route to the "Zero Dialing" configuration of the Site, and pressing * will direct the caller in an attempt to log into the Call Queue's voicemail (that is somewhat concerning in its own right). It would be nice to configure which DTMF digit a queued caller could enter, to route directly to the Call Queue's voicemail.

  19. Currently the On-demand Call Recording announcement can only be set in the "Main Site". We have sites that speak other languages so need to be able to set this announcement by individual sites.
