  5. the only way for us to block unwanted/ spam sms or mms is blocking the full 10 digit phone number. Hoping we will have a feature to block or filter special numbers, spamlikely numbers, or number less than 10 digits.

  6. Adding this function would save an immense amount of time when a new agent is added to the system. At the moment, when I add a new user, I have to manually go in to each queue and add the new user via the Call Handling & Members sub-menu. We have over 80 queues (and counting) and this is extremely time consuming, especially if I have more than one agent starting at any given time, which is going to be taking place in the near future.

  7. It would be useful so that you can forward a voicemail message to another user. From the App you would click on the phone icon, all voicemail, click on the three dots, and then there would be a forward option, and you could forward it to another extension.If you were to call in and check your voicemail, you could forward from the IVR and add a message, similar to a supervised call transfer, but this would be a supervised voicemail message transfer.

  9. The current default for IVRs is for the greeting to be played 3 times before transferring to a group or extension. It would be nice if you could change that to 1. I don't want listeners to have to listen to the message 3 times.

  10. One of my customers would like the ability to customize the system-generated email notifications that are sent to users when they receive a voicemail or fax or SMS message. Ideally, they could customize the branding and remove the RingCentral advertising and footer information.

  11. I am unable to answer phone calls on behalf of my manager when using the any of the mobile apps; it does not work on the 'RingCentral Phone' or 'RingCentral Unified'. I am working phone home and need to be able to answer calls on my mobile phone.

  12. The Desktop App prompts our user multiple times per day to warn them about 911 even though they have addresses configured. Can we get an option to disable the warning or at least snooze it for X number of days? Support is telling me that this is a FEATURE not a BUG.

  13. The option to change the Company Main number type to be voice only would be beneficial. The ability to make these changes for all other numbers are available BUT NOT for the Company Main number for some reason.

  14. Zoom added their Universal Binary which supports their M1 chips without going through their Rosetta 2 emulation. I believe this would help RingCentral as I occasionally experience application freezes on the M1 when trying to enable my camera / audio too quickly after loading into a meeting or trying to share my screen. I believe natively supporting the M1 would resolve those issues.

We have executive assistants who schedule video meetings for our executives and they can not see future meetings past the limited time line in the unified app. A full calendar that you could search, Day, Week, Month would be extremely helpful. Or add the ability to your meetings and the meetings you set up for others in the workspace calendar.

  20. We are a medical clinic and sometimes when we are closed for more than a week, we want to disable the fax so that messages are not received and the sender knows that their fax was not received. If we cannot do this, we have to respond to every fax and inform them we are closed, etc. It causes legal issues also if we receive a fax and do not respond.We ended up having to move my company fax to an auto-attend number instead and set that to voice only. We think that will work, as fax is not received.…
