  3. We have cases from Customer's who do not like the fact that when callers reach a UC IVR menu they can dial extension numbers as well as the configured "Key presses" within the IVR. The Customers believe that they should be able to turn off this extension dialing so that only the configured key presses work and route calls.

Hi RingCentral, please enable the feature on the new app where the call queues can receive voicemails through the App instead of their work emails.If that feature can be enabled that will help tremendously helpful for my team. That is one of the main reasons we decided to choose RingCentral for our phone line.

There should be an admin app. It should have one page that gives an overview of the users and their status as well as all of the current callers.I should be able to see how many customers are waiting in the Queues. Also have a button on each call for the listen/whisper/barge feature and listen to the recording of recent calls.

  10. I want to be able to highlight a phone number and press a hotkey to open text messages with the number already in there like how auto-dialer works when pressing F6 on a highlighted phone number. Pressing Shift-F8 currently opens a blank text message box and only when RC is the active window.

Good afternoon,I was very happy to see that Ring Central Desktop ap fax allows me to create a custom fax cover sheet to add on all outgoing faxes processed through the desktop ap because our company is required to have a specific HIPPA statement on our fax cover sheet. However, in attempting to streamline the efficency of outbound faxing by using the email fax submmission ##########@rcfax.com and typing into the subject line, the current RC platform doesn't allow this same custom coverpage to be uploaded into the default outgoing fax settings area.   15. I'd ike to be able to hide some accounts from the contacts list, within the RingCentral desktop app. For example, we have an account assigned to someone who hasn't started working yet. For now, I don't want them to show up within the Contact List.

  16. My Admin Team and I have to cover many lines. I would like to assign a different ringtone to each individual line. Right now, I can only change the ringtones for the attendant line entirely. So for example, If I want to make the ringtone a low trill, it changes ALL the lines. I would like Line 1 to be a Low Trill, Line 2 to be a High Trill, and so on. Can you make this feature possible?   17. We would like the ability to check voicemail on multiple extensions without having to log out of one extension on the mobile app and login to the other extension. Example: We have a non-urgent voicemail box Extension 801 for appointment requests that has its own notification settings, and an emergency extension 802 for urgent needs that has notification settings that will page our veterinarians on-call to get a quick response.   20. Let us block numbers from being allowed to display as CID when outbound dial. If a number is assigned to the q that has an internal inbound # on it, the user has the ability to see the number and use it as outbound CID. We dont want all numbers to be displayed for outbound
