  2. Instead of having to remember how to set a voicemail for every holiday each year, it would be nice to create a rule and have it repeat yearly for Holidays you know your company will be off... Like Christmas Eve and New Years. Currently, you must pick a "specific" date and time instead of being able to set recurring events.

  3. The current default for IVRs is for the greeting to be played 3 times before transferring to a group or extension. It would be nice if you could change that to 1. I don't want listeners to have to listen to the message 3 times.

One (1) task is shared by multiple assignees (RC Users), several departments are contributing to fully accomplish 1 task.In the old classic app, RC Users can share/move tasks to other RC Users' windows/glip. In the new app, we are unable to share/move the tasks.Additionally, in the new app, if we are adding assignees to a task, the new assignee/s will not be “tagged” in their own RC window; hence they will not have visibility to the task, consequently increasing the probability of not seeing and completing the said task/s.Who would benefit from it?Our Clients: Promises will be fully delivered by…

  6. Currently dial by name directory is for the entire orginazation only. It would be helpful to have dial by name directories that only list peolpe at a specific site. We have offies all over the globe. Callers in Europe don't need US employees listed in the dial by name directory.

  7. The application allows you to adjust the volume, however that setting controls the call volume and Ringer volume. This needs to be separated into two distinct settings; Ring Volume and Call Volume. Due to the issue of call waiting not being able to be turned off, this is very necessary.

  8. When a user enters DND it would be helpful to have the soft presence keys indicate red or some other color when they are on DND so everyone in the office knows that the phone is on DND.

Currently, when syncing the RingCentral App with Office365 Contacts, the only contacts that are pulled are from the primary contacts folder, not the subfolders that a user may have created.It would be useful to eitherProvide for the ability to choose subfolders to sync with from the RingCentral AppJust recursively look in the subfolders and sync everything within RingCentral.

  12. When I get a call for one party and tried to add a call to the current call, the third party's call goes to voicemail. I am not able to release just the voicemail call. I would have to hit the hangup button which in turn releases both calls. My intension is to have 3 people on the line and when I am finish with one, I can release them and continue my conversation.

New Layout Dial Pad: (To “merge” conference the call, need to click on “Call list” then hover over call on hold and select the “merge” option)This is making it harder for our users to "Merge' calls. Can we get the functionality added back into the new app? Workaround: Switch the MVP App to the Old Layout but we don't know how long it will be around.

  17. Would love to see a feature when you place someone on hold and the custom hold music will be random and not restart the same file from the begining. We've had previous systems where the hold music would rotate once placed on hold so itll never be the same intro song.

  18. Hello, Currently our team is being told that their phone numbers are being shown as SPAM RISK on the caller ID and we would like to remove this as it is impacting our business and sales. We were advised that Ring Central is currently unable to perform this action.

  19. It would be great if Super Admin have full access to VM and SMS of all the user on the account in the Admin Portal. As a Super Admin, they should be able to view these information for review and reporting on the same place they are managing the settings of the account
