Text Notification pop up preview - want it back
The pop up preview notification has recently changed and no longer displays a preview of the message. For MFA purposes, it was nice to see the code displayed. Without the preview, it requires more steps to navigate to the text message and to display it so we can capture the MFA code.

Filter through SMS campaign numbers
When assigning numbers to a TCR campaign it would be beneficial to filter out the numbers that have already been selected, greyed out, and/or connected to a campaign. This will allow us to see a shorter list of numbers that are available to be added to a registered campaign which will make it more user friendly.

System wide blocking of spam numbers to all extensions
There needs to be a way to block spam numbers from all extensions, phone numbers, and groups in one simple master place. Spam has gotten out of control and when you get 100 spam calls per day to different extensions the current options of blocking to the extension one by one or filing it with the DO NOT CALL list does not help. Having to block it to each extension takes a lot of time and adding it to the Do Not Call Registry takes 30 days to process, which doesn't help because tomorrow it will be a new number…

Play announcement "press 1" on call Queue
we have backup number who can answer phone calls if all members are busy in the queue, and that backup number uses the platform where call stays on hold and no ability to press 1, it connect directly without pressing 1. its problem at this moment. Please add option never play announcement on call queue.

Whenever there's a new user, the admin will need to configure the intercom and presence one by one. IT will be helpful to just apply a template for it.

Centrally backup SMS/MMS messages in Archiver
I would like the ability to centrally backup/archive SMS and MMS messages for Documentation, Audit, and Compliance purposes (HIPAA) using Archiver. We already have the ability to centrally backup call recordings and messages but not SMS. In Healthcare, there is a need to document SMS consents that are currently being done manually. The sms/mms messages are needed for proof. There is not currently a way to do this according to support and developer support for the APIs

disable the SMS opt out box
when I go to compose a new text on the desktop app or on the mobile version- it automatically checks the box for "add an opt out message" we want it to be unchecked as the automatic setting or default
we don't send marketing or mass text messages so we don't want it to look like it's coming from a computer or like it was automated when it is not.

We would like to have an on-hold indicator for our customer facing users, that use the softphone app. This would give them an alert at a certain interval reminding them they have a caller on-hold, if the caller has been on hold past a certain amount of time.

Display assigned extension number on phone screen
For a place with a large number of phones it would be helpful to have the assigned extension number show up on the phone without needing to add it to the user name. That way people can quickly determine what phone extension the phone is.

Call waiting for direct calls
Hi. Our customer is suggesting that we should have an option to disable/enable the call waiting in our RingCentral application. This is specific for direct calls. So if a user is already engaged on the call, we can disable the call waiting to prevent another call to be connected to the user who is already engaged, and the call should be connected to the Voicemail. We can imagine that call waiting may be kinda annoying to some users as their app will be ringing while already on a call.

Automatic divert to voicemail when already on another call
The 'Busy' or 'Do not disturb' options only really work when you have a scheduled call. Often, if I receive an unexpected call, I do not use these options. If another call then comes in while I am on the first call, it rings loudly in my ears (I use earbuds through my laptop) and can cause a loss of concentration as I manually divert the second call. Surely RingCentral should be able to determine you are already on a call and divert it to voicemail automatically.

Access to a centralized Company Directory
This issue s for the MVP product. How to import more than 5,000 Contacts on the RingCentral Admin Portal for all the Users of the Account to have access to the Company directory? For each new entry, the Super Admin can just update it on the Web Portal and this should be automatically updated on the Softphones and Deskphones. For this to be possible, there should be an integration of the Admin Portal and The RingCentral Applications or for each account, there should be an access to the RingCentral Cloud for easy access,

Voicemail Setting Permission for custom role
Unable to update/make custom voicemail greeting when Screening, Greeting & Hold Music is disabled for user roles.
If we can include a separate permission for a role such as greeting, voicemail settings, ringback, screening and hold music restriction.
The users are now restricted to update voicemail when they are assigned to a role that is restricted for Screening, Greeting & Hold Music.
This is happening when updating through desktop, mobile and web application.

Extend SMS functionality to Call Queue (Admin settings, Sending, receiving, and Analytics)
Use Case: The customer is using our RingCentral Call Queues for Customer Service calls and likes how they work. They want to extend their Customer Service experience to also include SMS. Ideally, they want to be able to simply manage the SMS within the Call Queue setting to determine which agents should receive an SMS, depending on who's available. Also, they want to decide who should be receiving the SMS messages.Feature request:
Allow Queue Manager to determine which agents can receive SMS or not in the Queue setting, just like they do today for agent availability on calls
