On-demand Call Recording Announcement settings by individual sites not account based
Currently the On-demand Call Recording announcement can only be set in the "Main Site". We have sites that speak other languages so need to be able to set this announcement by individual sites.

Spam Risk Caller ID to be removed
Hello, Currently our team is being told that their phone numbers are being shown as SPAM RISK on the caller ID and we would like to remove this as it is impacting our business and sales. We were advised that Ring Central is currently unable to perform this action.

Increase SMS storage above the current 5000 message limit.
My SMS messages are automatically being deleted after a couple of months, which apparently is how long it takes me to accumulate 5,000 total SMS messages. I have an additional Ringcentral number that gets little use but would not be recognized by my customers. Ringcentral does not allow me to combine the capacity of both lines to use on one extension.

Forward a voicemail to another extension
Many times a user receives a voicemail and want to forward it to another user to handle. We cannot receive voicemails via email, so forwarding a voicemail to another extension is a highly valuable feature. This allows the person who received the voicemail to forward it and add additional info to the next recipient without having to write it down and give it to the other person.

Auto reply that number is disabled for SMS
Currently, there is no auto-reply to the sender if the RingCentral number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.I am requesting to have a system-generated reply to a sender if the RC number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.

Transfer Directly to Voicemail Softkey - On Mitel 6940 Phones
Hi we have Mitel 6940 phones at our offices, running on the RingCentral platform. The Mitel 6940 phones seemingly have the capability to transfer calls directly to voicemail via a "VM" softkey that appears when transferring calls (see YouTube video: https://youtu.be/Dfccs5AnSNY). However, it does not show up for us. After discussing with our RingCentral representative, it seems that this feature is not enabled for these phones on the RingCentral platform. Would be great to have this feature available as it's heavily used in our environment.

Auto Answer Feature Management
It would be great for managers to be able to identify which agents have the auto answer feature enabled via reporting of some sort. Moreover, it would be greatly beneficial if we could have the ability to disable this feature via Role Permissions.

...t have it set to assign access to recordings by site. Might also be beneficial to be able to assign by user group. I would also like to see an audit trail in the call logs of who is accessing someone's recording as well as who downloaded it.. I think this would be beneficial for companies that have to deal with confidential information like health and financial organizations in order to stay within the laws and guidelines surrounding this information (HIPAA, etc).

Fax recipient information
A customer would like to have the recipients information automatically filled
on the cover page of the outgoing fax that he will send aside from the name and phone number.

Custom Answering Rule: Add Recurring Events for Holidays
Instead of having to remember how to set a voicemail for every holiday each year, it would be nice to create a rule and have it repeat yearly for Holidays you know your company will be off... Like Christmas Eve and New Years. Currently, you must pick a "specific" date and time instead of being able to set recurring events.

Provide a way to directly leave voicemails without first calling someone
There are cases where people only want to leave a voicemail for a person, and not ring a person's phone first. (Ex. If you want to leave a voice message, but it's not urgent.)Please provide a way to set a direct dial number to allow people to reach the Ring Central voicemail system for a company.Without this feature Ring Central doesn't provide feature parity with other on-premises phone systems which all have this functionality.

Customize Email Notifications
One of my customers would like the ability to customize the system-generated email notifications that are sent to users when they receive a voicemail or fax or SMS message. Ideally, they could customize the branding and remove the RingCentral advertising and footer information.

Remotely manage user status
RC have confirmed it's not possible for me to remotely change a user's status. EG, they've gone to lunch without signing out, or I want to push someone to available from unavailable. Currently, I have to call customer care to do this, or log in as the user.

show external caller's name/number when transferring call to another user, rather than person who transfers the call
Once transferred, next call recipient should be able to decide whether to answer call at that moment based on who is ACTUALLY calling. Based on my experiment (with RC Help Desk person), next call recipient sees only co-worker's name that transferred the call, not the original caller's name/info. It's very misleading. Only workaround identified is for me to wait for transfer call to be answered, announce the caller, find out if call will be accepted at this time, then hung up to allow caller through or revert back to original caller to take a message. DND - Presence Key Notification
When a user enters DND it would be helpful to have the soft presence keys indicate red or some other color when they are on DND so everyone in the office knows that the phone is on DND.

Auto DND while computer locked
I work in a help desk capacity and I think an extremely useful feature might be a toggle for Auto DND mode while computer is locked. I primarily answer calls on my computer and would like to be able to step away from my desk and return without having to set my presence. It would have to also restore available presence when computer is unlocked as well, assuming presence was set automatically and not manually.
