  3. We would like to remove the ability for end users to change their email address on their accounts. We use SSO to log in and when users update the email incorrectly, it breaks the SSO login. It would be global, not just US.

  4. When we phone out, our location on people's caller ID shows us located in a different city and province than where we are located. This is becoming a problem as people are sensitive to possible scams and/or want to deal with local companies only. We have to explain that it's VOIP and when we signed up this was how the number was assigned but people are skeptical. Also, some won't answer our calls because they aren't local. There should be a way to change the number of locations to reflect where we are!

  5. Dear RingCentral Development Team,I would like to propose a feature request that would enhance the user experience and security of the RingCentral App for both mobile and desktop platforms. Currently, the RingCentral App automatically logs users out after 14 days of inactivity for security reasons.   6. Customers want to add additional settings or enhance the existing keyboard shortcuts in the RingCentral app, so that they may use customized hotkeys to answer calls even while they are working on another application, and even if the app is closed, it should work.

  8. Currently when a call is transferred to an agent from Reception you are not able to see the call display number, you can only see "Main Admin". It would be helpful for the person who is receiving the call to be able to see who is calling.

    1. We need to have access to see the list of numbers reserved on the Number Storage list.
    2. The ability to move numbers from Number Storage to Inventory.

  13. Please add ring groups to call queues, it is not acceptable to make all users receive the call because they are using the app. At least make it to where we can create Ring Groups within the call queue OR to where we can forward calls from the app to another extension using the app

  15. At the moment only the main fax sender/recipient will display the company fax number on outgoing fax messages. For every other user that sends a fax, the main phone number will be displayed instead of a fax number.This is an essential feature for companies with multiple fax users, especially where a fax response is needed.

If a user imports their entire personal contact directory and then later you would like to clear the personal directory out (in case you want to transfer the number/account to a different user for example), it is not possible to simply delete the entire list or to even select more than one contact at once (on desktop or mobile!)
