Text From Call Queue Direct Number
I am a full-access manager for 3 call queues that are set up with their own direct lines. I do not know how to respond to these text messages. I read online at this article (https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/89895/call-queue-texting.html) that you can log into a call queue, but this seems cumbersome. I wish to have the ability to text from the direct line of the call queues that I am a full access manager for. Thank you.

Feature Request: Show outgoing fax number for every user
At the moment only the main fax sender/recipient will display the company fax number on outgoing fax messages. For every other user that sends a fax, the main phone number will be displayed instead of a fax number.This is an essential feature for companies with multiple fax users, especially where a fax response is needed.

Add an option to block one specific number for the entire company.
right now, you can only block a number to a specific employee extension/number. I would like a feature to do a company wide block of a specific incoming number. Going employee by employee takes too much time. Also, there is no way to block a caller from the main company number.

Retrieved data for a deleted user extension
It will beneficial for the customers to have a way to retrieved datas for the recent deleted user extension just in case we have important data, logs or recordings that we need.

Implement a delete all button for Personal Contacts
If a user imports their entire personal contact directory and then later you would like to clear the personal directory out (in case you want to transfer the number/account to a different user for example), it is not possible to simply delete the entire list or to even select more than one contact at once (on desktop or mobile!)

External Number on Presence
We want to add Speed Dials to External Contacts to the HUD and Presence from the Softphone portal that can translate to the physical phone. Right now manually adding external speed dial is time consuming.

Do Not Call List for UC Customers
Is there a way we could create a Do Not Call List for our customers that do not subscribe to the contact center or engage voice? We have some bigger companies that use our UC platform only that would like to keep their customer's request to not be called and cannot be added easily to a list.

Ability to forward texts to multiple extensions/numbers
With COVID and curbside checkins, it would be great if when customers arrive, they could send a text to our main number letting us know they are here and we could have that forward to multiple ringcentral extensions/numbers and receive the text on multiple computers via the RingCentral Phone app.

Allow custom rules to be copied!
When I create custom call handling rules for Holiday, department meetings, down days etc, it would be great if they could be copied, imported/exported. It is a pain to create 15 renditions of the same rule

Multifactor authentication
We'd like (and it should be pretty obvious) to have MFA as an option on RingCentral accounts. The lack of, especially for SuperAdmin accounts, is a security risk. The extra security layer would make me feel more comfortable. Authenticator app (like Google, MS, or Duo) would be preferred.

Ring Central Video Ability to connect Non 365 Outlook Calendar- Feature Request
Currently the new RC Video is not able to link to Microsoft on premise exchange / Outlook. The only options to link a calendar are Google or MS 365. I must say I understand the move off of the Zoom platform but to ask people to be moved off by March 8th 2021 and lose these necessary features makes it very difficult.Thank you in advance,Derek

Configure phone buttons for items other than Presence
For supported phones like the Polycom VVX 450, we should be able to control all the buttons for all types of uses, not just Presence and park locations. We should be able to add extensions and speed dials, paging groups, etc. to keys on the phone for our users.

Recurring meeting option
With the new all in one App we are loosing the recurring meeting tab where all our monthly recurring meetings are stored to easily refer back to. is this something that will be coming back in the future?

Text auto reply and signature
While away on lunch, out of office or not available auto reply would be very helpful when receiving a text. Automatic custom made Signature for every text sent would also save time and so the members know who sent the message.

To have the ability for users when they're on vacation to set their vacation mode and if someone texts during that time the vacation response is sent automatically.

We should be able to set an away message on our texts so that if we are on vacation or in a meeting clients know that we're not available, just like we can for a phone or email

Synchronize DND setting across App and Desk Phones
Synchronize DND setting across App and Desk Phones so that if someone sets DND on their desk phones it shows up on all other users desk phones that they have DND on. At present it only shows up in the App if you set DND in the App, and dos not show on desk phones.

Create a SPAM WARNING when spoofed PSTN inbound calls match a number within the RC Tenant
We have had instances where inbound PSTN spam caller ids have matched numbers within our RC tenant. This has resulted in instances where individuals believed their supervisor has called them when they did not. A call within a RC Tenant to another number within the same tenant should never originate from the PSTN, these are station to station calls. When a caller ID is presented that is within the same tenant, can the caller ID be flagged as 'SPAM Warning', or even blocked altogether, as the call has arrived from an apparently invalid direction?This mimics SPAM Warnings done by cell…
