  4. currently we can add up to 25 callers in queue.
    Ideally it is important to have a max of 100 callers in queue, with extra multiple options like 30 -50-75-100.

  5. The filter when adding external (internal) calls, for example, doesn't apply on percentage calculation . The number of Total calls is correct, but the percentage is incorrect. The denominator remains unchanged when filters are applyed.

  6. When (re-)connecting the RC application to a Microsoft Exchange account, the user has to provide the following data in order to complete that task successfully:

    • their email address or domain\username
    • their password
    • their Exchange server version
    • their exchange EWS url

    Out of these four (or five, if you count emails and domain\user separately), many users will have two readily available: email and password; some maybe even only know their password.

    This is because:

    • their username (which could be their email address) is stored on their computer's login screen, and they are only asked for their password on login

  7. Request is for a Do Not Call list to be applied for outbound calls on RingEX. An administrator should be able to create a list of numbers that are not allowed to be dialed outbound from any endpoint in the instance. This would be very helpful for recruiting firms.

  9. More granularity in Call Queue Supervisor roles via a Custom Role with limited permissions like the below:
    - Access to modify Hours Of Operations
    - Access to Call Queue voice announcements but
    - No ability to modify the members of the CQ
    Currently there are two options

  10. ...n the ones provided.. We need the ability for the super admin to modify the six default statuses so our company can create standard status defaults rather than the ones provided. In addition, when we create new statuses, these statuses disappear each time we log out of the RC application. This is a slight inconvenience as we have to re-enter the statuses each time we log back into the RC app. Note: Please do not merge this with Idea: CUSTCOM-I-308, as it is showing a status of Implemented even though it has not been implemented.

  17. It would be helpful to be able to manage meetings after they've been created from within the RC App. Once created there's no way to get back to them to change or cancel. There's also no way to see a list of upcoming meetings in the App.It can be done in the RC Meetings App but not the Unified RC Desktop App. Since the RC Desktop App is supposed to be the consolidated place to do everything I would think this should be added to it, especially if the separate apps are going to be phased out next year.

  18. Currently, if a user monitors multiple user's presence, there is only an option to turn on/off "ring my phone" for all users. It would be helpful to allow that setting to be turned on/off by monitored user. This would allow a user to see the status of users on their physical phone, but not have the phone ring for everyone they want to monitor status.So, I would want to have 10 users where I monitor presence, but only 5 of them I want their line to ring when their phone rings.

  20. Cyber threats are at an all time high in 2021 and it is important to protect our accounts properly. Most breaches come from email attacks so it makes no sense why Ring Central does not support MFA through apps like Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Duo, or Yubikey. Like text messaging MFA is outdated and insecure, emails will get to the same point. It is important that our accounts are secure and MFA through the apps is one the most basic ways.
