Longer ring time for deskphone/softphone
Phones to ring MUCH longer than standard, up to 5-10 minutes. The current limit is 15 rings (75 seconds). Administering call queues or other workarounds is not scalable across 100s of potential extensions (the use case here is for a public sector healthcare project).
This would not be a good setting for all customers, but having a backend option for "Super long ringing" would be useful!

Conference + Transfer Feature
We hope that this feature would be added to our RingCentral App as it make sense to have the capability to completely transfer a conference call to a 3rd party carrier and keep the call active. Today, in RC App the conference call is just like a merged call and we can't leave the meeting without being disconnected and also we don't have any transfer feature available to it as well. Our customer is at risk now of cancelling their RC Office Premium service if we cannot provide this feature to help them improve their customer service as they support…

Admins need to control RingCentral app settings
Instead of trusting all employees who are RingCentral app users to set their own app settings appropriately, administrators need to be able to control those settings through the Admin Portal.

Feature Request: Show outgoing fax number for every user
At the moment only the main fax sender/recipient will display the company fax number on outgoing fax messages. For every other user that sends a fax, the main phone number will be displayed instead of a fax number.This is an essential feature for companies with multiple fax users, especially where a fax response is needed.

Hide Main Company Number on Multi-Site Accounts
We have a RingCentral account that has many daughter companies under one account. Each daughter company has its own main number, but the softphone will show the parent organization's account number as the "Main Company Number". I can only assume that other accounts are in the same predicament, uncommon though it may be. We would like the ability to choose what sites can see the different company numbers, choose to only show a user the phone numbers assigned to their site, or at the least hide the Main Company Number from the users.

Global Company Address Book (External Users)
We have common vendors that everyone should have on their phone. Everyone would have to add these as contacts manual (even if its in a bulk upload). It would be nice if there was a way to give this power to an admin and have a 'global' address book that someone load on behalf for a select user group.

Ability to disable Ringout Feature for users
Customer have asked for the ability to disable RINGOUT for users who users cannot ask the system to call their mobile first before making the call. This is to ensure certain users are using the system as customer see as "Proper" and "Unnessasary"

Add to the call queue an announcement to tell callers what number they are in line and the estimated wait time.
Add to the call queue an announcement to tell callers what number they are in line and the estimated wait time. Something along the lines of "You are currently caller X in the queue and your estimated wait time is X minutes." Base this information off of current queue activity and average wait time before answer.

Synchronize DND setting across App and Desk Phones
Synchronize DND setting across App and Desk Phones so that if someone sets DND on their desk phones it shows up on all other users desk phones that they have DND on. At present it only shows up in the App if you set DND in the App, and dos not show on desk phones.

Allow all users to use texting system with the company phone number. This idea is useful because clients can send a text directly to the person how is responsible for that request.

Call Forwarding to extensions
With the release of the upgraded RingCentral app - we lost the function to Call Forward to an extension (app to app). The only Call Forward function is to a physical phone or device (ie: cell phone). This limits our office functionality and it doesn't make sense why this was not included with the "upgrade". Please consider fixing this issue.

Disable Voicemail - Enable Faxing
Currently extensions are required to take voicemails & faxes as all or none. Our customer would like to have the option to take no voicemails, but still receive faxes.Is it possible to enable faxing only and no voicemail? Rather than disabling the mailbox entirely?

Filter download user list
Would like to be able to filter the download user list by Role, Site, Status, and Department before downloading the list. This is beneficial for my company that has over 3000 users and more than 50 site. The download user list should only download what has already been filtered under the users with extensions or download all users.

Call waiting options
"Additional enhancements of selecting options on what to do with the call after call waiting is turned off is TBD after Q3 2023." <---- Heavily waiting fot this. we need to send calls directly to a team call queue whilst user is already engaged to a call.
