Caller ID for every extension
I would like for separate caller ID for everyone in the company to make it a personal touch for our clients. We also have different companies and would like to have different caller id to show for that other company also.

Company-Wide Contact List
It would be nice to be able to have a contact list that is available to all employees so that when a customer calls, their information shows on the screen or so that when an employee would like to call a customer, they have access to their contact information. It seems the work-around for it right now is for the person that creates the contact to either export that contact and send it to all employees for them to import or email the contact info to all employees. Permanently minimize the AI Notes and Transcript box
Users asking to disable the the popout for notes and transcript when they dial a phone number
- you can turn off the auto note taking but you cant stop the pop up box from appearing on the phone dialer pop out. it is annoying to close it on every call and have it constantly moving around the phone dialer pop out.
- please make the feature able to be completely disabled including the auto pop out. for the users who want this minimized

Audio Tone when a call disconnects
A small but impactful feature that other systems we've used have is an audio tone/cue when a call is disconnected, whether abruptly or when a call is naturally ended. For anyone using a softphone and using multiple windows on a screen, sometimes it is hard to know if the call was disconnected or if the window is lost somewhere on the screen. Time is spent double checking if a call is still active or not rather than having something notify you appropriately.

Streaming Music / Message on Hold
Requesting consideration for streaming support of music / message on hold sources like Mood Media (Muzak), Easy on Hold, etc. Customers are requesting this feature due to the changing demands of the industry to get their messaging to current and prospective customers, and the limitations of embedded music on hold don't allow for the organization to change quickly enough.

Send Group Voicemails to a RingCentral Team
It would be great to have voicemails from a call queue be able to be sent directly to a RingCentral team channel in addition to email. This would allow for immediate collaborative communication among the team to listen to the voicemail/read the voice-to-text right in the place where they're spending a lot of their time already.I found a workaround to make this happen by creating a user, assigning them a license, and adding them to both the team channel and voicemail distribution list. Notifications: Task assigned/reassigned to me
Allow notifications (email/desktop/mobile) when a new task is created and assigned to me, or when a task is reassigned to me. And add notification number/bubble on the task menu icon.Currently, I have to have notifications for all team messages- so the sheer number of notifications drowns out important information like a new task that I need to complete.

I want the ability to ignore calls coming in on a call queue
Our calls all come in on a call queue, so the phone rings everybody in the office. If I know the call isn't for me, I would like to be able to ignore the call. Currently when I click "ignore", it stops ringing for a second, then just starts ringing again. So basically the ignore button does nothing. Can you make it so clicking ignore stops that call from ringing me (or anyone else who clicks ignore)?

We are one company with all the same client contacts. Ring Central should make a solution for sharing a contact list that would be global to all users. Clients are added and phone numbers updated in one place to be shared across all users. This improved efficiencies in a company, and seems like it should already be a standard feature

911 Alert Routing
We have 44 offices in 5 states. Each state has a different District Manager. Currently anyone we add to get a 911 alert, gets the 911 alert regardless of which state the 911 call was made from. It would be helpful if we could say "If someone from these 10 numbers calls 911, alert this person" and do that for all 190 lines so the district managers could be notified of emergencies in their territories, rather than being alerted for all territories even if it's not theirs.

Access to everyone's voicemails by clicking on there extension without a password as Super admin!
As a super admin we should have access to all users passwords without having to change their password or pin! As owners of the business and phone account we shouldn't have to go through this to protect ourselves from suspicious activity from employees! You are putting us at risk without this ability! I call technical support and all they tell me is to change the pin or password but even if I do that the person assigned to that extension gets an automatic email and voicemail from Ringcentral that their setting has been changed or modified! That sucks.

Fax transmission notification to include copy of fax.
Since fax history is only available for 30 days, the transmission notification email should have an option to include the fax as an attachment.
